Type B
In Response to Tyler post,
Do you think it is fair to make people out to be products? Or is Products just another way of saying different types of people?
I believe that it is fair to make people out to be products. Because in a job interview you are selling the employer yourself. You should look your best and show off your best qualities. Also people are not just products, when the assembly line first started, they used their workers for monotonous work and they had no management positions or say in changing the product. This way of working made them cogs in the machine or just products the companies hired to finish a job. The workers had no larger positions in the company other than the work they were doing on the shop floor.
Do you believe that the hiring process should be changed? Does the one on one work in order to find out a person’s strengths and weaknesses?
